These are 2 of the night shots that I recently tried. Both were shot in shutter speed priority mode.
The one on the left was exposed for 4 seconds without a tripod !!! Look at the light trail created by passing vehicles.
This one was shot in the evening while still there was some light. Exposed for 1.6 seconds with exposure compensation of -0.7.
I think both these shots came out beautifullty...but now cant wait to buy a tripod...

This is really beautiful... Sort of a hollywood crime scene preview thinking shot.
Metaphorically, the two images are actually quite an anti-thesis to each other....the 1st one...in darkness of night...and the 2nd one ...when the world is just awakening....nice ones
